VIP Revenue Strategy Day

Description

Strategy Days allows us to work with you in a full day onsite session or remote with (or without) your team. We focus on identifying the most prominent obstacles, and creating implementable strategy to create, boost or fix your revenue issues. We hold a full day “war room” type strategy session where we explore your company's current revenue from top to bottom and identify specific needs and budget, while setting targeted goals and milestones. There is no package or plan.

You receive an initial consultation conducted via phone, video conference, or in person (locally) for 60 minutes. This initial consult is to do an assessment of your company and identify areas where it is profitable, losing money and areas of opportunity. Then at the VIP Strategy Day we get down to the business of setting goals for revenue streams, identifying revenue streams, creating strategy to implement, a timeline for execution, and important milestones and KPIs.

All VIP Strategy Days include 6 months of execution and follow up, unlimited email, one check in call per month, a "pivot session" to get you back on track, and 1 plan revision.
