Strategy Days allows us to work with you in a full days onsite session with (or without) your team. We focus on identifying the most prominent obstacles, and creating implementable strategy to create, boost or fix your staffing issues.
We fly out to your location and hold a full two-day strategy session where we explore your company's workforce plan from top to bottom and identify specific needs and budget, while setting targeted goals and milestones. Then we create your hiring process from beginning to end. There is no package or plan. You receive an initial consultation conducted via phone, video conference, or in person (locally) for 60 minutes.
This initial consult is to do an assessment of your company and identify areas where it makes sense to hire. Then at the VIP Strategy Days we get down to work.
In the VIP Strategy Day sessions we:
– write your job descriptions and job ads,
– identify sources to find talent,
– automate your hiring system,
– create interview guides including lists of questions to ask during interviews,
– create sourcing scripts (for cold calls and/or cold emails),
– create a candidate evaluation system,
– conduct an audit on your career page on your website,
– create career paths for internal employees,
– write out service level agreements,
– develop the interview process,
– create a generic offer letter,
– set up a viable internship program,
– automate your systems and get them integrated,
– create your official new employee onboarding process,
– and write out an implementation plan and document processes.
