About the Founder

I’m Adrienne Graham, serial entrepreneur, investor, and CEO & Founder of Mogul Chix®. My mission is to build confidence, leadership skills & PROFITABILITY in high performing Female Founders.

I’ve spent a lot of years in the trenches where there weren’t many women who looked like me. I’m a half Black half Puerto Rican entrepreneur who has broken barriers, challenged the status quo and worked tirelessly to level the playing field for us. I’ve experienced being the only one of us in a room, and I’ve experienced not being allowed in rooms. But I’ve always found my way in, bringing others along with me.

My focus is on leveling the playing field by delivering powerful & measurable results; providing direct strategies to achieve next level success; opening the eyes, ears, minds and hearts of women to new ways of doing business; and making the uncomfortable comfortable.

I’m building MOGULS who build 7, 8 and 9 figure COMPANIES. I never hold back, and I build communities where the conversation is elevated and the goals are astronomical (audacious even). You have to bring your “A” game to be in my circle.

Armed with over 25 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, I launched Mogul Chix® in 2015. My background includes staffing & HR, diversity, operations planning, product & service optimization, revenue planning, tech & digital platforms, customer experience design, training, fundraising, brand expansion, business growth strategy, global expansion planning and content production.

Did you know I launched my very first company in 1994- a staffing agency. I went on to run one more successful staffing company and then Empower Me! Corporation (for which many people know me) a growth strategies consultancy, training and media company I ran for 16 years before cashing it all in to launch Mogul Chix®.

I’m an investor, serial entrepreneur and avid techie dedicated to promoting inclusive diversity in the VC and startup community. I am ultra passionate about getting more access and exposure for women and people of color. In 2025, I dove into my latest business venture, a tech company. I tapped into AI to build talent acquisition/management tools that help small businesses recruit and manage top talent (as well as a few one-off tools).

I was privileged to have been a mentor for the Straight Shot Accelerator in Omaha, NE, which helps guide startups in the e-commerce and SaaS spaces into successfully launched ventures. I’ve been creating learning platforms for women in business, and hosted my own weekly radio show for 6 years called View From the Top Radio Show. I’m a published author, speaker and former contributor to Forbes.

I currently host the Mogul Chix® Chat Podcast, which can be heard on Pandora, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Spotify, Audible, Youtube Music, Tune In and iHeart Radio.
